Small production dyeing machine with Air-cushion dyeing apparatus to dye jacks, spools, skeins, staple, band, tops, hanks, fabric, hinges suitable for dyeing any type of material.
The machine is made of stainless steel modular construction by 1, 2,3,4,6 autoclaves with high temperature, high pressure. Every autoclaves is equip with own circulation pump, dosing tank, dosing pump with fully automatic functions with steam or heating system and each autoclaves can dye 1 to 14 kg. Able to work individual or couple or all together and also suitable for all types of yarns, fibres, hanks, tops, ribbon, zippers and fabrics.
